Job brief
We are looking for a Business Development Resources for adding clients to our existing business process in terms of IT Recruitment and Staffing. He/she need to have excellent communication and work independently to drive in achieving clients and develop business development programs, and set and meet the KPIs.

Responsibilities
- Create KPIs for self monitoring the performance of business development activities.
- You will be rewarded with excellent commissions.
- IT Recruitment- Across domains, industries and roles
- IT Consulting- Provide support to companies in framing policies, processes and consulting on productivity improvement areas.
- We are looking for partners who can support us in Sales and Business Development in any of the above services
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in the delivery of sales pitches to clients.
- Attain growth and hit sales KPIs for the company every month.
- Develop and promote powerful and seminal relations with customers by partnering with them by understanding their wants and needs in IT Recruitment and Staffing.
- Produce and execute strategic business plans that imbue the company’s client base and ascertain its strong presence.
- Identify emerging markets as well as shifts in the market while being fully up to date on emerging trends in IT Staffing and the status of competitors.
- Present reports on sales forecasts to management.
- Accept feedback from clients and attempt to improve business development performance and procedures from that.
- Assist in generating leads and closing new agreements on the ground.
- Create and implement new initiatives, methods, in order to increase revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 2-5 years of experience into business development in IT Staff Augmentation

- You will be successful if you have experience ranging from 2 to 5 years.
- 2+ years of a core experience in roles as Business Development Manager or Lead or Executive or Associate in IT Staffing.
- Background in developing sales pitches and processes from beginning to end
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good ability to train people
