Introduction
Welcome to CHARMYA JOB's Referral Program. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our referral program and the use of our referral application form. By participating in the referral program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the referral program.
Eligibility
- Participant Eligibility: The referral program is open to individuals who are legally eligible to work in Japan and Myanmar and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- Referred Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must meet the qualifications specified for the position they are being referred to and must not have previously applied to CHARMYA JOB within the past six months.
How to Participate
- Referral Submission: To participate, you must submit referrals through the referral application form provided by CHARMYA JOB. Each referral must include accurate and complete information about the referred candidate.
- Consent: You must have the referred candidate’s consent before providing their personal information to us.
Referral Rewards
- Eligibility for Rewards: Referral rewards will be provided only if the referred candidate is hired and remains employed for a minimum of three months.
- Reward Details: The specific reward for successful referrals will be communicated to you at the time of referral submission or through official referral program materials.
- Reward Distribution: Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after the referred candidate meets the employment requirement specified above.
Use of Information
- Personal Information: By submitting a referral, you agree to the collection and use of your and the referred candidate’s personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Confidentiality: You agree to keep confidential any information regarding the referral process, the status of your referrals, and any details about the referral rewards.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantee of Employment: Submission of a referral does not guarantee that the referred candidate will be hired.
- As-Is Basis: The referral program is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the referral program.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHARMYA JOB will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the referral program.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in the referral program after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
