We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and enhance HR operations with a primary focus on talent acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong expertise in process optimization, recruitment operations, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR leadership and recruitment teams to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Operations Management

    • Oversee and optimize HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with local regulations.
    • Manage HR systems and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS, to support recruitment and overall HR operations.
    • Ensure all HR and recruitment policies, processes, and workflows are standardized, efficient, and scalable.
  2. Talent Acquisition Operations

    • Lead and manage the operational aspects of the talent acquisition process, from requisition to onboarding.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment workflows.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies and background check providers.
  3. Data & Reporting

    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruitment metrics, HR operations KPIs, and workforce trends.
    • Analyze hiring data (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire) to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure data integrity across all HR and recruitment systems.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Partner with HR, recruitment, and business leaders to align talent acquisition operations with organizational goals.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for operational best practices and provide guidance to HR and TA teams.
    • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure recruitment processes meet all regulatory requirements.
  5. Process Improvement & Automation

    • Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive tasks within the recruitment and HR operations workflow.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance candidate and employee experiences.
  6. Team Leadership

    • Supervise and mentor team members within the HR operations and talent acquisition functions.
    • Provide training and guidance on process compliance, systems usage, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8 years in HR operations, with at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or related roles.
    • Proven track record of managing HR systems and implementing process improvements.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and data reporting tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Leadership:
    • Experience managing teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with recruitment compliance requirements and local employment regulations.
    • Understanding of best practices in high-volume hiring and talent acquisition operations.
