Position Overview: As a Silverlake Tech Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology solutions to our clients in the banking and financial services industry. You will work closely with our team of developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure the successful implementation of projects and the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions to clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets - Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may impact delivery - Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams - Ensure adherence to project management processes and methodologies - Mentor and coach project team members to ensure continuous improvement and development - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery - Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry - Experience with Silverlake core banking system is highly preferred - Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - PMP certification is a plus We offer a competitive salary package and a dynamic work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
