Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Intern to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the recruitment process and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings

- Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms

- Maintain candidate database and update candidate profiles

- Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies

- Conduct market research on recruitment trends and best practices

- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field

- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Available to commit to a 3-6 month internship in Kuala Lumpur
