For our client, a leading digital Media and Marketing company, we are hiring a CRM-Manager for the Office in Limassol.

The company offers tailored software products and strategic digital marketing solutions for businesses in the iGaming industry.

As a CRM-Manager you will manage promotions, offers, and loyalty programs tailored to the players needs and execute data-driven CRM strategies to engage player´s activities.

Your requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, with a focus on the Casino / iGaming industry
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-
  • driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent English language knowledge (verbal & written)
