For our client, a leading digital Media and Marketing company, we are hiring a CRM-Manager for the Office in Limassol.
The company offers tailored software products and strategic digital marketing solutions for businesses in the iGaming industry.
As a CRM-Manager you will manage promotions, offers, and loyalty programs tailored to the players needs and execute data-driven CRM strategies to engage player´s activities.
Your requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, with a focus on the Casino / iGaming industry
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-
- driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent English language knowledge (verbal & written)
