Our client is a Berlin based software company, founded in 2016, that runs a social interacting app with more than 4 Mio. users. The whole team is completely remote and lives all across Europe.
You will be joining a young and fast-moving team with a variety of experience, skills and personal backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the content management team
- Develop a deep understanding of the engagement of the platform and get a feeling for what content creates engagement
- Creatively develop new content that users love
- Your core challenge is creating a process that continuously creates and finds great performing questions, then amplifies those to multiple languages and countries
- Learn and iterate based on user feedback and KPIs
- Manage a team of external freelancers and build an internal team

Required experience:
- You're highly creative. Your creativity doesn't depend on external factors
- Work experience in content or community space
- You worked with apps before (with a community is a bonus)
- You are excited to work hard to grow as a person and become the best version of yourself
- You are an extremely quick learner and know how to quickly adapt to new challenges
- You are very disciplined and excel at managing your own schedule to be productive
- You are flexible and excited about traveling once a quarter for team off-site
- Used to work in an English-speaking environment
- German or Arabic language knowledge is a bonus
- Living in Europe
