Client Relations & Support Officer (w/m/d) / German speaking

For our client, a regulated Fintech Company in Limassol, we are looking for a german speaking Client Relations and Support Officer (w/m/d).

In this position you will be the first point of contact for existing and prospecting clients to promote the company`s products and services and support them with questions and queries about the platform.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing Support to existing and new clients
• Promoting the companys financial products and services
• Developing and maintaining business relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners
• Being up to date with the financial markets and communicating these to clients
• Achieving daily and monthly KPIs via Retention Management

Your Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Experience in Customer Support
• Experience in Retention Management / Sales in the Fintech industry
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently
