For our client, a financial institution located in Limassol, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager (w/m/d).

Founded in 2019, this financial institution is a deposit-taking fintech, regulated under the Swiss Federal Banking Act. They offer multi-currency IBAN accounts, global payment acceptance and disbursement for modern businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain sustainable client relationships from day one, including initial incoming requests, onboarding process, activation, and throughout the entire relationship
  • Acting as a single point of contact for the B2B clients and facilitating dialogue between them and the different departments, like operations or compliance
  • Understanding client needs and the challenges they face, create fees offers and negotiate service terms and conditions
  • Advising our clients regarding products and services
  • Assisting with onboarding, ensuring that the opening process is completed quickly and contributing to a positive client experience
  • Possess strong expertise in compliance, staying up-to-date with regulations and industry standards
  • Achieving set targets and establish sustainable client relations
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management

Required experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B client management/client success role
  • Experience preferably within the finance and payments industry
  • Higher education in Business Management, Economics, or other would be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and ability to convey complex information in a clear, understandable way
  • German language knowledge is advantageous
