Tahi Whanau Tautoko is a service delivered under Change Generation. We can be a bit crazy at times we are definitely not normal. We are an organisation that basis our solutions and needs assessment on the basis of Aroha not Putea.

Tahi Whanau Tautoko provides a number of services to huge amount of groups and individuals across the country. We were established in January 2020 and we saw that some Job Seekers, Individuals and Groups were falling through the cracks of the Government Services being provided. 


Tahi Whanau Tautoko is about supporting families in every aspect of their life we are not government funded the founder himself funds the organisation and he has experience in HR, Recruitment, Governance, Customer Service and Retail. In addition this is his baby and loves each person involved in the organisation.

Competencies of the Role:

  • You will hold the role of firstly ensuring that both Employer Clients and Job Seekers are being met
  • You will communicate and extend support to both Employers and Job Seekers
  • You will identify the needs of both parties
  • You will match individuals and businesses together as the right fit
  • You will assess, analyse and fulfil CV's along with being able to educate and construct such successful CV's
  • You will interview and shortlist appropriately to the criteria of the employer
  • You will provide feedback to Job Seekers and Employers as appropriate and required
  • You will support each party even after the recruitment process has been completed
  • General Employment and Recruiting Support and Guidance
  • Completing Background Checks and Completing Pre-Employment Checks as per required


Requirements


  • You must have knowledge of the current labour market
  • Some knowledge and experience in the field of Recruitment, Management, or HR would be highly desirable
  • Understanding of Employment Legislation and Employment Rights in NZ
  • Ideally you will have a Full Drivers License
  • Have the availability to work from home where required
  • Open to working Voluntarily as this role is voluntary in addition the role requires a minimum of 5 hours per week
  • Understanding on What A Great CV looks like and how we construct it


You will have the appropriate documentation to provide as evidence of NZ Citizenship or Eligibility to work in NZ.
