Our Whanau


We have a focus as an organisation to provide the appropriate support to whanau across NZ where we have identified that the government agencies have failed to provide essential appropriate support to whanau. In addition we provide a number of other services in replacement to the lack of services provided by government agencies across all government roles as part of public serving.


The Role

Our organisation group known as Change Generation moderates the voice for change and provides services under (Tahi Whanau Tautoko and CWAAGNZ) therefore this allows you as an applicant the ability to be part of the first organisation to be:
not government funded by any government agency or NGO putting in place better support strategies for whanau supporting whanau across every single aspect of their case and following after the case has been closed by any government agency. We are all a whanau aspect and focus 
The role of Client Service Officer is a very important role when we talk about the amount of people that are requiring our services or not provided with ongoing support and conflict resolution strategies this is where your role as a Client Service Officer will come into play
Duties may include but not limited to:

  • Fulfilling our obligation to Whanau to be there for them 100% whenever they need us.
  • Phone Communication.
  • Email Communication.
  • To delegate requests made by client in relation to their case.
  • Data Entry of Client Information, Client Interaction and Staff Communication. 
  • Minimum of 2 hours per week to oversee all media/social communication but not limited to, and in addition customer service.
