The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) supports the Restaurant Manager in achieving the store's sales, operational, customer service, people development, and profitability goals through effective day-to-day restaurant operations and shift management.
Depending on operational requirements, the ARM may be assigned a Key Result Area (KRA), such as but not limited to: Sales & Marketing Management (SMM), Service Quality Management (SQM), Product Quality Management (PQM), or Human Resource Management (HRM).

- Jollibee: Alangalang, Tacloban
- Chowking: Tacloban, Palo
What You'll Do (Duties and Responsibilities)
Assistant Restaurant Managers are expected to:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution and high quality of service across all business channels
- Support achievement of sales, FSC (Food, Service, and Cleanliness), and profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, labor, and operational standards
- Monitor manpower deployment, customer service, inventory, and cost control
- Lead, coach, and develop store personnel to improve performance and productivity
- Handle customer concerns and help ensure excellent guest experience Support implementation of sales-building, operational improvement, and people development programs
- Prepare and monitor operational reports, inventory, and administrative requirements
- Perform administrative duties, such as but not limited to organizing the office, filing documents, securing permits, preparing reports and implementing safety programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Possible Key Result Areas (KRA):
- Sales & Marketing Management – lead execution of sales-building activities, local marketing and promotional program; monitor and recommend strategies to improve store sales performance
- Service Quality Management – oversee customer service, cashiering, manpower positioning and guest satisfaction; ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures
- Product Quality Management – oversee kitchen operations, food quality, food safety and inventory management; monitor production efficiency, wastages, inventory and stocks and food cost performance
- Human Resource Management – supports manpower planning, hiring, orientation, crew training and certification and other HR-related admin tasks; ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements
What You'll Need (Qualifications):
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course (Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business-related course preferred)
Work Experience:
- At least 1-2 years work experience as leader/supervisor in retail, food service industry, customer service or any customer-facing work environment
Certifications/Trainings:
- Completion of Basic Operations Training Program (BOTP) for Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich or Mang Inasal is an advantage
Skills & Work Ethic:
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage operations and lead teams effectively
- Results-oriented with initiative to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Committed to compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel

- ₱18,000 – ₱24,000 monthly gross
