Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including receiving, mailing, scanning and coordinating with management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming documents
  • Perform data entry and digitizing documents
  • Run company's errands including but not limited to bank runs and visiting government offices
  • Answer calls from customers or internal staff regarding their inquiries
  • Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business or similar field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
