Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including receiving, mailing, scanning and coordinating with management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming documents
- Perform data entry and digitizing documents
- Run company's errands including but not limited to bank runs and visiting government offices
- Answer calls from customers or internal staff regarding their inquiries
- Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business or similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
