Position Overview:

As a Bodyshop Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
  • Process customer payments and issue receipts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide information about our services and pricing to customers.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Collaborate with the service and repair teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
