Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This position requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain an organised work environment by properly disposing of waste and recycling materials.
• Assist with additional duties as required, including supporting delivery drivers or warehouse operations when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's licence is advantageous for potential delivery driver responsibilities.
• Familiarity with commercial driving or flatbed operations is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge may be beneficial for equipment maintenance tasks.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
