 Job Description:

The role of Business Development Manager entails spearheading new business generation and fostering growth within existing accounts within the IT Hardware and Brokerage sector. This includes tasks such as prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, deal closures, and post-sales support.

Ideal candidates should possess a robust sales track record, demonstrating proficiency in deal generation and closure. They should be self-motivated, results-driven individuals with a strong work ethic and a keen interest in sales. Experience in sales pipeline management, deal negotiation, and client relationship building is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through lead qualification and proposal development.
  • Enhance existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, while maintaining enduring customer relationships.
  • Provide post-sales support to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in IT hardware and brokerage.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment to ensure optimal customer experiences.
  • Execute additional duties as delegated.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in sectors such as retail, wholesale, manufacturing, transport, or supply chain.
  • High level of professional conduct and work ethic.
  • Proficiency in relationship building with both internal teams and customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of performing under pressure.

 Salary Package:

£ 32,000.00 - 45,000.00 (British Pound Sterling)
