Securities, Bank Regulatory, M&A Attorney

Overview

Our client, a mid-size regional law firm, is searching for an Associate Attorney with experience in bank regulatory, securities, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) or corporate transactions. Any one experience is good, with a desire to grow your breadth of law into the other areas. .

Education Requirements:

Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

Licensure/Certification:

Active member of the NC Bar

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of practicing attorney experience post JD and Bar.
