About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their boutique litigation firm, representing clients in complex, emotionally charged, and high-impact personal injury matters.
Our client is known for its tailored, client-centric approach, in a compementary practice area focus. This firm is established, prfitable, and growing in multiple jurisdictions. With over 10 years of experience and a solid proocess and systems, they are expanding into PI as a complementary practice that will help both practice areas to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead complex litigation cases from intake through resolution, including trial
- Develop case strategy, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and manage discovery

Represent clients with compassion and tenacity in emotionally
sensitive cases - Engage in pre-litigation negotiation, mediation, and trial as appropriate

Collaborate closely with clients, co-counsel, and expert witnesses

Contribute to business development through thought leadership and
community involvement
Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in NC
- Minimum of 7 years experience in personal injury litigation, with first-chair trial experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in complex matters such as wrongful death, defamation, sexual assault, or civil rights cases

Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills

Strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail and case management
- Deep emotional intelligence and ability to guide clients through trauma-informed representation
