About the job Employment Attorney - Plaintiff Side
We have a dynamic multi-state client that continues to grow in both organically in existing offices and through market expansion into new geographies. This firm is an established law firm who is a leader in plaintiff-side employment law. They have invested over several years to optimized internal process, systems, and technology to maximize the quality of services for their clients while increasing their efficiency among the team.

Current Need - Experienced Employment Attorneys: This firm has a need for additional experienced, senior attorneys with solid employment law experience in their current NC Offices. The Ideal candidate(s) will be established attorneys who have clients or at least a pipeline of clients and who have the ability to develop business while providing worldclass employment law services to clients. The firm's existing and proven marketing practices will augment business development efforts.
Education Requirements: Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Licensure/Certification: Active member of the NC Bar (Other states a plus)
Experience Requirements:
- Solid experience and knowledge of Employment Law.
- Defense-side experience is ok if the attorney wants to shift to represent plaintiffs.
- Established in the target geographical market.
