Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Background:

Our client is a regional full-service business law firm with a strong history of performance in support of their clients and an established reputation within the legal community. The firm believes their Raleigh-Durham office has the potential to grow as large as their mature market offices.  They are currently in need of a solid Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Raleigh.  

Requirements:

• Law degree (JD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of commercial law experience. More experience is valued.
• Attorney must have proven experience handling the entire process of a commercial real estate transaction through closing.
• Active member of the NC Bar. Active in other states is a plus.
