Job Summary:

The CSR – Spanish Bilingual (Healthcare) serves as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking patients, providing high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls. This role is responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, coordinating healthcare services, and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills in Spanish and English, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare support environment while adhering to compliance and company protocols.

Duties

Handle inbound and outbound calls from Spanish-speaking patients regarding healthcare inquiries

and services

Schedule and manage patient appointments and care coordination activities

Assist patients with basic healthcare-related concerns and service navigation

Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions in EMR/EHR systems

Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, confidentiality, and company policies

Coordinate with internal teams to support efficient service delivery and patient care

Provide timely follow-up communications as needed to ensure patient satisfaction

Utilize healthcare systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks (preferred)

Requirements

Must have 6 months to 1 year experience in CSR – Spanish Bilingual role

Fluent in Spanish with strong English communication skills (required)

Bachelor's degree or College graduate

Experience in healthcare accounts or patient scheduling is an advantage

Familiarity with Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks is a plus

Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills

Excellent communication, empathy, and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City

Willing to work on an 8-hour shifting schedule
