About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring project objectives are achieved successfully.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, including software development, infrastructure, system implementations, and process improvement projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, analysts, vendors, and IT support teams.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements.
  • Support change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and processes.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven experience managing multiple technology projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master, or related certification.
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity projects, ERP implementations, or software development projects.
  • Preferred: Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

Work Setup: Onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines.
