Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Process & Performance Specialist to drive operational efficiency, project accountability, and performance improvement across the organization. This role serves as a key partner to the Operations Strategist, ensuring processes are documented, systems are optimized, projects stay on track, and leadership has the data needed to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

        • Serve as the primary liaison for the agency's EHR platform, coordinating with vendors, managing system requests, and maintaining internal documentation.
        • Monitor and triage Operations, IT, EHR, and Facilities support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service standards.
        • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
        • Develop reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that provide actionable insights for leadership.
        • Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and process documentation to support organizational consistency.
        • Manage Google Workspace file architecture, permissions, and knowledge management resources.
        • Coordinate projects, track milestones, monitor action items, and ensure accountability across teams.
        • Facilitate leadership meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on deliverables.
        • Conduct research and support strategic initiatives as assigned.

        Qualifications:

        • 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, business analysis, or a related role.
        • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, permissions management).
        • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
        • Excellent project management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
        • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
        • Experience with EHR systems, vendor management, or healthcare operations is preferred.
