About the job Senior Recruitment Resourcer - Part-Time - AU

Schedule: 3 hours per day, Monday to Wednesday or Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM AEST start (flexible)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Recruitment Resourcer to join a small, close-knit recruitment team based in Australia. This is a part-time, long-term role suited to someone who is serious about their work, takes pride in delivering quality output consistently, and is looking to build a stable, ongoing professional relationship with a team that values reliability, respect, and commitment.

This is not a short-term assignment. We are looking for the right person who genuinely wants to grow with the team and become a trusted, integral part of how we operate day to day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately understand client job briefs and requirements, including qualifications, skills, cultural fit, working hours, location, and salary expectations
  • Source and identify suitable candidates using internal databases and external job boards including SEEK and JobAdder
  • Evaluate incoming resumes and applications against role criteria and compile a quality shortlist for the team's recruiters to screen
  • Build and maintain talent pools across key industry sectors and role types
  • Ensure all candidate sourcing and data management is completed accurately and on time within each shift

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of solid, consistent recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency or RPO environment
  • Broad industry experience covering industrial, manufacturing, trades (electricians, fitters, and similar), administration, accounts, and sales recruitment
  • Proven experience recruiting for the Australian market, this is non-negotiable
  • Hands-on experience using SEEK and JobAdder
  • Stable and consistent work history, we are looking for someone who has shown loyalty and longevity in previous roles, not someone who moves frequently between employers
  • Must be genuinely available and present throughout the entire shift with no unexplained absences or disappearances during working hours
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently from home with full accountability
  • Professional, respectful, and team-oriented with the ability to work harmoniously within a small, close-knit team
  • Looking for a long-term, stable engagement, this is not the right role for someone seeking short-term or project-based work

Who We Are Looking For

This role is best suited to someone who has built a genuine career in recruitment, values consistency and quality over speed, and understands what it means to be a reliable and trusted part of a small team. The team is made up of three experienced professionals who are collaborative, supportive, and dedicated to doing great work. We are looking for someone who shares those values, fits in naturally, and is committed to being with the client for the long haul.

If you have a strong track record in Australian recruitment, a stable work history, and you are looking for a part-time role where you can make a real and consistent contribution, we would love to hear from you.

Note to Applicants

Please be prepared to provide a detailed work history and references from previous employers/clients as part of the application process. Candidates with gaps in employment or frequent job changes will not be considered for this role.
