About the Role
We are building a talent pool of AI-savvy Recruiters who are confident leveraging AI tools to streamline and accelerate the entire recruitment lifecycle. This is an evergreen posting, meaning we are continuously gathering strong candidates to match against current and upcoming roles as they become available. We are looking for recruiters who don't just use AI as an afterthought, but who have genuinely integrated it into how they source, screen, and engage candidates on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified candidates across various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases
- Leverage AI tools to draft, personalise, and optimise outreach messages and job descriptions
- Use AI-assisted screening tools to pre-qualify candidates based on role requirements, reducing time-to-shortlist
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, using AI tools to support note-taking, summarisation, and evaluation where appropriate
- Maintain and continuously refine candidate databases and CRM/ATS records using AI-powered automation where possible
- Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay current on emerging AI recruitment tools and proactively recommend new tools or workflows to improve team efficiency
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned roles once matched from the talent pool
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
- Strong, hands-on experience using AI tools for recruitment such as AI sourcing platforms, AI-powered ATS features, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools for candidate communication, screening, or job description generation
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into daily recruitment workflows, not just occasional use
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new AI tools and platforms as they emerge
Desirable
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries or markets
- Familiarity with prompt engineering for recruitment-specific use cases
- Experience training or upskilling other recruiters on AI tool adoption
