We are seeking a Resource Manager with strong expertise in candidate sourcing and IT recruitment experience, particularly within the Hong Kong market. This role involves identifying, attracting, and managing top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and building strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates across various roles, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Utilise IT recruitment experience (~30%) to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on hiring trends, particularly in the Hong Kong market.
- Use LinkedIn, Bullhorn (BH), and other recruitment tools for resourcing and candidate outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and assist in offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of sourcing strategies.
- IT recruitment experience (~30%) with knowledge of technical roles and hiring trends.
- Experience recruiting in the Hong Kong market is essential.
- Proactive, hardworking, detail-oriented, and persistent personality with a strong sense of initiative.
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn (BH), and other sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven recruitment environment.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment with reliable high-speed internet to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
- Should be open to coming into the office (BGC) for team events and/or meetings as required (The role is still predominantly WFH).
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Cantonese are essential for this role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
