We're on the hunt for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (Appointment Setter) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with potential clients, responsible for identifying qualified leads, building targeted lists, and scheduling appointments for our Account Managers. Your exceptional communication skills and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & List Building: Research and identify potential clients within our target market, focusing on specific industries and business profiles. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect lists using various tools and resources.

  • Outreach & Qualification: Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to introduce our services and qualify their needs. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their challenges and determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for our Account Managers, ensuring a smooth handover and providing them with relevant prospect information. Consistently meet or exceed appointment setting targets.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system. Track progress, identify trends, and provide regular reports on performance.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing industry, as well as competitor offerings.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) essential.

  • Proven ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.

  • Strong research and list-building skills.

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web analytics.

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
