Data Entry:
- Enter data from various sources into the company database with high accuracy.
- Update and maintain existing data entries in the system.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Communicate with relevant departments to clarify incomplete or unclear information.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic document
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup
- operations.
- Follow data program techniques and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Adhere to company policies and confidentiality agreement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Provide support for special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Payroll:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Calculate wages, salaries, overtime, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Address and resolve employee concerns regarding payroll.
- Explain complex payroll information to employees in a clear and understandable manner.
- Support special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Account:
- Record and process all financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
Required Skills and Qualification
- Proven data entry, payroll, and accounts work experience
- Experience with MS Off
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential informatio
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Meridian/Micropay, Xero, or FoundU systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with invoicing in a pay-and-bill environment.
