Data Entry:

  • Enter data from various sources into the company database with high accuracy.
  • Update and maintain existing data entries in the system.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Communicate with relevant departments to clarify incomplete or unclear information.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic document
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup
  • operations.
  • Follow data program techniques and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality agreement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Provide support for special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Payroll:

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Calculate wages, salaries, overtime, and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns regarding payroll.
  • Explain complex payroll information to employees in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Support special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Account:

  • Record and process all financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Proven data entry, payroll, and accounts work experience
  • Experience with MS Off
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent numerical and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential informatio
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Meridian/Micropay, Xero, or FoundU systems 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with invoicing in a pay-and-bill environment.
