Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for monitoring engagement through our Sourcewhale platform, identifying warm leads (those who have read or interacted with our emails), and following up with targeted phone calls. Your goal will be to research, engage, and book meetings with potential clients, leaving the actual client calls to our leadership team.
This is a performance-driven role with a lucrative commission structure, offering significant earning potential for results-driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Sourcewhale to identify warm leads based on email engagement.
- Conduct thorough research on companies and individuals using tools like LinkedIn and Google.
- Professionally engage with potential clients via phone calls to introduce our services and book meetings.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally, addressing any concerns the leads may have.
- Accurately log and update information on calls, leads, and booked meetings in the provided systems.
- Maintain a consistent and clear line of communication with the leadership team regarding progress and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and engaging tone.
- Research Ability: Strong ability to research and analyze companies and individuals before calls.
- Objection Handling: Confidence and skill in overcoming objections and building rapport with leads.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Sourcewhale, LinkedIn, Google, and other sales or CRM platforms.

Commission
The client is happy to provide commission per meeting set and attended, call converted to client, and successful placement from a converted client. The details will be discussed and finalised once hired.
