Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full executive search lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
- Maintain an organized and structured workflow, managing multiple executive searches simultaneously.
- Keep up with market trends and industry developments to provide expert guidance to clients and candidates.
- Utilize ATS, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter to track candidate progress and maintain pipelines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in executive search recruitment with an international recruitment firm.
- Proven experience sourcing, managing candidates, and conducting interviews for C-level and executive roles.
- High level of English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and engage top executive talent.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches efficiently.
- Ability to build trust with both clients and candidates, providing a seamless hiring experience.
- Experience using executive search tools, ATS, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
