Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruitment & Project Coordinator to provide extra support to our team. This role involves a mix of recruitment resourcing, project management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will coordinate interviews, manage job postings, update spreadsheets, handle data entry, and assist with LinkedIn posting and marketing. Additionally, they will provide PA support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients

  • Assist with candidate sourcing and job postings

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and spreadsheets

  • Handle data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping

  • Support LinkedIn posting and basic marketing activities

  • Provide PA support to senior team members as required

We are looking for someone who can work UK hours, with an urgent need to start.
