Role and Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Upload, update, and manage product listings on various platforms.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through various channels (email, chat, etc.).
- Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
