We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialists to support end-to-end recruitment for Educator roles (casual and permanent) across multiple sites in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and Awards, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence leaders within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Educator roles across 21 sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.

  • Oversee onboarding activities, ensuring compliance and training requirements are met so candidates are shift-ready.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and site leaders to understand workforce needs and provide timely recruitment support.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes and contribute to best practice initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with Australian organisations.

  • Solid understanding of employment legislation, compliance requirements, and Awards.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.

  • Desirable: Experience using ELMO recruitment and onboarding systems.

Work Schedule

  • Must be available to work in alignment with Queensland business hours (9:00 AM 5:00 PM Queensland Time).
