Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Business Development Manager / Education Counsellor to promote overseas education opportunities in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. The role focuses on student recruitment, lead generation, partnership development, and student counselling, guiding prospective students through their entire study abroad journey from initial inquiry through to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert student leads through proactive outreach and engagement
• Promote study opportunities in Europe, New Zealand, and Australia, responding to inquiries with accurate, up-to-date information on programs and institutions
• Build partnerships with schools, agents, and educational organizations
• Counsel prospective students on admissions and study options, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their decision-making journey
• Support students through application documentation and general guidance on the admissions process
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counselling sessions, and application progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or education recruitment
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and counselling skills, patient and empathetic when guiding students through important decisions

Desirable

• Prior experience working with study abroad agents, international schools, or universities
• Familiarity with the education systems and visa processes in Europe, Australia, or New Zealand
