Cold Caller/Lead Generation Specialist - PT - US

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Cold Caller and Lead Generation Specialist to support a US-based mortgage and real estate loan company. You'll help generate new business by reaching out to prospects pulled from the client's database through outbound calls and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and organize prospect data from the client's database
• Make outbound cold calls to introduce the client's mortgage/loan services
• Send targeted cold emails to generate interest and new leads
• Qualify leads and track outreach activity and outcomes
• Keep accurate, organized records of calls, emails and lead status

Requirements

• Previous experience working for a mortgage, real estate or loan company in a similar role is required
• Proven experience working with US-based clients or companies
• Solid background in cold calling and lead generation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional phone manner
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently toward outreach targets
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls

Work Schedule

• Part-time, approximately 5–10 hours per week
• Night shift, aligned with US business hours - New York (exact hours confirmed during onboarding)
