About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in technology recruitment and a proven ability to source, interview, and match top-tier talent for mid to senior-level technical roles, particularly within Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, and IoT. You will play a critical role in managing recruitment processes across the APAC region, partnering closely with the hiring team to identify and attract exceptional candidates across various technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate submission
  • Source top-quality candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Infrastructure Specialists, Cybersecurity Specialists, AI/ML Engineers, Cloud Engineers, IoT Engineers, and Professional Services roles
  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage passive and active candidates
  • Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioural fit, including the ability to evaluate candidates against specialised domains such as cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and IoT
  • Partner with clients to understand job requirements, business needs, and role expectations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the client's database/records
  • Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and efficient recruitment workflow

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a staffing, RPO, or in-house environment
  • Strong experience recruiting for mid to senior-level roles within technology and professional services
  • Solid understanding of technical job families and skill sets including software development, architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, data engineering, and more
  • Experience recruiting for niche and emerging technical domains such as Cybersecurity, AI/Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and IoT is highly preferred
  • Experience recruiting for APAC markets (Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, and other sourcing platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Must have at least 1,000 connections on LinkedIn
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, remote environment
