Our client is seeking a results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to support and scale their digital marketing efforts for a niche property offering based in Melbourne, Australia. The role focuses on optimising lead generation campaigns, improving automation workflows, and driving high-quality enquiries within targeted local markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Optimisation & Management
    • Review, refine, and optimise existing Facebook ad campaigns to improve lead generation performance
    • Develop and test new creatives (video and static) to increase engagement and conversions
    • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
  • Lead Generation & Automation Setup
    • Integrate Facebook lead ads with MailerLite for automated responses
    • Set up workflows using Zapier to:
      • Capture and transfer lead data efficiently
      • Trigger instant notifications (e.g., SMS or mobile alerts) for prompt follow-ups
    • Ensure seamless lead flow from ad to autoresponder to client communication
  • Audience Targeting & Localisation
    • Configure and optimise geo-targeting to focus on specific Melbourne areas
    • Work around platform limitations (e.g., radius targeting constraints) to ensure precise audience reach
    • Disable or adjust automated features (e.g., Advantage+ placements) where necessary to maintain control over targeting
  • A/B Testing & Scaling
    • Create and manage multiple ad variations with:
      • Different creatives
      • Alternative ad copy
      • Location-based targeting
    • Conduct structured split testing to identify top-performing combinations
    • Scale successful campaigns across nearby locations
  • Platform & Funnel Improvement
    • Optimise the client's Facebook Business Page for improved conversion and credibility
    • Provide input on website improvements to enhance lead capture and user experience
    • Recommend and support expansion into additional channels such as Instagram and WhatsApp


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing and scaling Facebook Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and campaign structuring
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as MailerLite and Zapier
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Experience in property, real estate, or local service-based campaigns is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Ads) is an advantage
