Back End Developer

Our client is developing innovative solutions for the insurance industry. We are seeking a Back End Developer/Engineer to develop cutting-edge solutions and pioneer new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Python.
• Design and implement database schemas and APIs for high-traffic applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and functionality.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Implement security and data protection solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Python and Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
