Laboratory Technician

We're seeking talented individuals from the Philippines with a strong background in manual histopathological techniques. You'll be responsible for the complete histopathology workflow, from start to finish, including:

• Macroscopic Examination & Processing: Handling fixed specimens, dissection, and initial preparation using plastic cassettes.
• Automated Dehydration: Operating and managing the dehydration process using a series of alcohols and xylene.
• Paraffin Embedding: Embedding dehydrated specimens in paraffin molds and ensuring proper cooling.
• Microtomy: Precisely cutting thin sections from paraffin blocks and mounting them onto glass slides.
• Automated Staining & Coverslipping: Utilizing a combined machine to perform staining and coverslipping procedures.
• Diagnostic Slide Preparation: Preparing slides for pathologist review and diagnosis.
