What You Will Do

• Host live Blackjack games in Russian for online players worldwide
• Present games confidently in a professional broadcast studio
• Maintain an engaging and charismatic on-camera presence
• Ensure fairness, accuracy, and smooth game flow
• Follow studio procedures and compliance standards
• Create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy atmosphere
• Continuously improve through training and coaching

What we are looking for

• Fluent Russian (C1 level)
• Solid English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights & weekends)
• Open to relocating to Bucharest, Romania
