Your Responsibilities

• Lead live Blackjack sessions in Russian for a global online audience

• Deliver a polished, confident on-camera performance in a professional studio setting

• Guide players through each round clearly and engagingly

• Ensure precision, fairness, and compliance with gaming procedures

• Maintain a vibrant, positive atmosphere during every broadcast

• Develop strong presentation, improvisation, and communication skills

Ideal Profile

• Fluent Russian (C1 level)

• Good command of English (B2 minimum)

• Comfortable being in front of a camera (or motivated to learn)

• Strong communication and natural stage presence

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Flexible to work rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends)

• Open to relocating to Romania
