Dutch Speaking Content Moderator- Paid Relocation to Lisbon, Portugal

As a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator, you will help ensure that content published on the platform follows community guidelines and safety standards.



What You Will Do

• Reviewing and moderating user-generated content (text, images, and videos)

• Identifying and removing content that violates platform guidelines
• Handling reports of inappropriate or harmful content
• Ensuring a safe online environment by preventing fraud, harassment, and hate speech
• Maintaining high quality and accuracy standards in moderation decisions
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve moderation processes

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent Dutch (C1 or higher)

• Good English skills (B2 minimum)
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
• Solid moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise.
• Have strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Proven ability to cope with peaks in queue volumes during promotion seasons.
• Strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills and empathy, rational decision making.
