Multilingual Advertising Specialist — Paid Relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria

You must speak English and ONE of the following languages fluently (C1/C2 equivalent):

• German

• French

• Dutch

• Arabic

• Spanish

What you will do

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities across phone, email, video, and social media

• Engage prospects throughout all stages of the sales funnel and drive conversions

• Identify revenue opportunities and grow customer advertising investment over time

• Actively manage and update your sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce)

• Follow structured sales cadences and meet response-time SLAs

• Transition qualified leads to onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

• Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to support revenue targets

What we are looking for

• Fluent English (B2) and one of the listed languages (written and spoken)

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales, ideally in tech or digital advertising

• Proven ability to unlock revenue opportunities and grow customer budgets

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments

• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage time and priorities independently
