What you will do

Help customers with bookings, reservations, changes, and cancellations

Respond to inquiries through written channels and occasional inbound calls

Ensure accurate case documentation and timely follow-up

Follow clear processes, quality guidelines, and best practices

Learn on the job with full training and continuous support provided
What we are looking for

Fluent or near-native (C1+) in one of the listed languages

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Comfortable using computers and basic digital tools

EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence card is mandatory

Willingness to relocate to Greece if not currently based there
