Dutch Sales Representative- Berlin, Germany

Join a dynamic on-site team in Berlin where you'll act as a trusted digital marketing advisor helping advertisers optimize their campaigns and grow their business impact. This role is ideal for commercially driven professionals who enjoy combining sales conversations with marketing insights.

What you will do (tasks)

• Act as a digital marketing advisor supporting advertisers with campaign strategies
• Provide guidance based on social media marketing expertise
• Evaluate advertising analytics and performance trends
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls regarding campaigns and budgets
• Support implementation of sales funnel and campaign strategies
• Identify trends or risks early and propose optimization ideas
• Work toward KPIs including call success, campaign implementation and pitch performance

What we are looking for

• C1 Dutch proficiency (written and spoken)
• Solid English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (marketing experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs
• Analytical mindset with interest in digital marketing
• Must already be based in Berlin
