What You Will Do

• Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers
• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns (primarily Google Ads)
• Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations
• Analyze campaign data and trends to generate meaningful insights
• Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics
• Develop expertise across Google products and optimization techniques (Search, Mobile, YouTube)

What we are looking for

• Fluency (C1/ C2 equivalent) Dutch or Danish and solid (B2) English skills
• 12 months of experience in digital ads optimization (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or similar platforms)
• Excel knowledge
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of KPIs and performance measurement
