Referral Rules:
1. Referral fees are subject to verification. When the referred candidate gets hired he or she needs to stay for at least 30 days with the company before the referrer gets paid.
2. Referral fee has monetary value depending on the position level of the candidate when gets hired. Referral fee is not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.
3. The Referral fee will be sent as PHP currency and through E-wallet/Remittance Centers/Bank Accounts in the Philippines given by the Referrers.
