JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a talented and passionate DevOps & Release Manager to join our eConnect team. You will be involved in designing and developing scalable solutions used in hospital integrations and medical device communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize TeamCity CI/CD pipelines for eConnect and related IoMT products.
- Design and maintain automated deployment processes using Ansible playbooks across 100+ hospital environments.
- Oversee release sequencing, environment promotion (test stage production), and rollback strategies.
- Maintain per-hospital deployment configurations, including IP mappings, HL7 endpoints, and driver setups.
- Monitor and verify post-deployment health system uptime, connectivity, and OBX message flow.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product managers to plan, schedule, and validate releases.
- Prepare and maintain all release documentation: version notes, deployment checklists, and change logs.
- Drive continuous improvement in release reliability, speed, and observability.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or System Operations.
- Hands-on experience with:
- TeamCity build pipelines
- Ansible automation and remote deployments
- Linux server and network administration
- VPN- or SSH-based deployments
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and environment management.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with technical teams.
- Fluency in Turkish and good command of English (for documentation and customer communication).
Bonus: Familiarity with HL7/FHIR, IoMT devices, or healthcare system integrations.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience managing multi-tenant deployments or large-scale distributed systems.
- Knowledge of TeamCity scripting, Ansible Galaxy roles, or infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exposure to regulated healthcare environments (ISO 13485, HIPAA, etc.).
