About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences that drive employee performance and support business objectives. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, develop, and maintain training materials that enable employees to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Development

  • Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
  • Create engaging training materials, participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to develop effective learning experiences.
  • Transform complex information into clear, learner-friendly content.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Operations Leaders, and key stakeholders to gather content requirements.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Facilitate content review sessions and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.

Content Management

  • Maintain and update learning materials to reflect process, product, system, and policy changes.
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage revisions and maintain documentation standards.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze results and recommend improvements to learning programs and content.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instructional Design, Training, Learning & Development, or Content Development.
  • Experience designing and developing training materials for adult learners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in a BPO, Contact Center, Shared Services, or Customer Service environment.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Knowledge of learning evaluation and performance improvement methodologies.
