Job Summary:

We are looking for a Seasonal Recruiter to support our hiring needs during peak recruitment periods. This role will focus on conducting phone interviews, facilitating assessments on-site, and scheduling and coordinating virtual interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews.
• Facilitate on-site assessments in Mandaluyong as needed.
• Promote the Companys image by ensuring a positive candidate experience and effectively communicating company values.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or BPO recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
• Willingness to report on-site at our office in Mandaluyong City for assessments.
• This is an immediate hiring need, and we encourage applicants who can start as soon as possible.
